Spoke with a recruiter initially who let me know what to expect, and recieved some format and preparation notes which were useful. Video interview that was part portfolio/past work presentation, and part Q&A with team members. I rated the interview as difficult because the Q&A weren't "softball...but I did feel very comfortable during the interview!
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Unity in Apr 2020
Interview
Interview process took about two weeks. I reached out to a recruiter via an internal email sent to my school. Interview was set up via zoom.
The zoom interview was 2.5 hours - multiple rounds (after the initial phone screen with HR)
Different people from the team were able to sit down and ask me a fusion of behavioral and technical questions. They went in depth into my resume. It was great pleasure to hear that they extended the offer so quickly after my interview with them.
Huge props to HR for being so involved and transparent. HR helped the interview process go smoothly, everything was done orderly and timely/thoroughly!
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Jan 2020
Interview
It was a long process, however it allows both parties to make sure that its a good fit. I was treated very well and ultimately if was a very good process that i enjoyed.
