Interview
The interview process seemed to be very well thought through and everyone involved in the process was super nice! I had the first interview by phone with and HR person, an another through zoom with the person I will be working with most closely, a home assignment and finally the third interview would have been an in-person on-site interview, but since covid-19 happened, that one was in zoom as well. The questions you asked made a lot of sense, and in general I felt that you managed to dig up all kinds of my strengths and prior experiences that I would not have thought to be important at all for this position, but now that I'm here I can see that they actually are. As a result, even if I would not have been picked for this position I feel that the interviewing process left me a bit better equipped to apply for other positions in the future.

Question 1
They asked quite a lot of questions about my prior experiences in tech, such as my experience with building and hosting a webshop.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC)
Interview
I'll start off by saying that I've never been through a more comprehensive and positive interview process, than I just went though with Unity.
The HR team is incredibly helpful, supportive, and always kept me in the loop (thanks Anne-Sophie!).
The entire process took about 6 weeks, although I may have contributed to the length of the process because I applied for TWO positions almost simultaneously.
It included a phone screen, an initial interview with the hiring manager, a "technical" interview to test actual know-how, interviews with peers, and finally an interview with the Senior Director of Product Marketing.
The process actually allowed me to learn much more about Unity than I had previously known. I left each interview having learned something new, and with an increased level of motivation and excitement.
Like I said at the start of this review, I've never experienced such a great interview process. Unity's processes are several steps above the rest!
Keep up the great work!

Question 1
There were so many questions thoughout the process, it would be impossible to list them all. But what I will say is that every question is asked for a reason. The questions seem to be designed for deep introspection, honesty and transparency. And they give you the opportunity to show your best self.
