I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2020
Interview
The interview process was very smooth and well run. There was a call with the recruiter, a meeting with the team leads, a technical test, a technical interview with the senior members of the team, a culture fit interview with the rest of the team, and then a reference check. The entire process took just under a month.
The recruiter was incredibly helpful and was quick to respond to my questions and concerns.

Question 1
Most of the questions were very conversational and just general knowledge checks.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2020
Interview
Sounds like the typical process is two interviews and then a half-day, three-part final round. In my case these were scheduled as five separate calls - probably worked better for me than a half-day, back-to-back final.
Everyone was very friendly on the phone. The behavioral questions were pretty standard. The technical portions were over a broad range of topics, and I did a small amount of live-coding. The technical interviews were very refreshing compared to a couple FAANG interviews I've had - the team wasn't trying to flex that they were smarter than me; I think it's a good reflection of the culture here.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Jul 2020
Interview
A very smooth and relatively quick interview process which took roughly 5-6 weeks. Especially considering the current climate with COVID, I was rather impressed with the coordination and the opportunity to meet the various team members.
