I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Vilna)
Interview
There was a phone call with HR lady to see my goals, motivation, and personality.
After that, I was given a task to fix bugs in a Unity project, a Mario game. The task was quite fun. Then I had an interview online where, again, my personality reviewed and then my task and knowledge of Unity and writing emails was reviewed

Question 1
What traits are desirable or undesirable in team member?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2020
Interview
Unity is a great place to interview for an internship! Interview process is transparent, plenty of support and time sensitivity from recruiters, and competitive salary is offered for interns.
Process consisted of one phone screen and two behavioral rounds. For a semi-technical role, technical knowledge was only discussed in context of the bigger picture for Unity. The small company feel/practices make you feel like leadership wants to get to know you informally as well as professionally through the process.

Question 1
How would you create value for a recipient of your security audit?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Aug 2020
Interview
Genuinely one of the better candidate experiences I've had! 4 stages: recruiter, hiring manager, multi-day panel, references. About 4-5 weeks total.
Organization, communication, and transparency throughout the process by Unity made it enjoyable and the recruiting / HR team was very engaged throughout with check ins and timeliness at each step. As a candidate it gave a good sense of if/how I was progressing.

Question 1
Not exact but many questions from many groups around: Tell us how you would approach 'x' content marketing scenarios:
- Creating a strategic plan
- Doing an audit
- Convincing an audience of something
- Taking a request from a team
- Researching a topic
- Measuring content success
- Supporting a new product
- Creating an opt-in program
- Working with 'x' cross functional team or resource
I think there were about 5 prepared questions per 30-45 min interview. Each person usually asked about recent work history and experience, followed by questions around the role and scenarios I could be in. Generally very casual and conversational interviews.
