There were several interview processes. From recruiting manager to manager. They were all welcoming and asked reasonable questions. The interview took about 30 minutes for each session. Some were phone interviews and the rest in person.

Question 1
What would you do when there is a crisis and you can’t reach your manager?
First the recuiting guy was late and forgot the interview time, then after the interview he did not even reply to my email or gave me a feedback... The job offer was for Brighton.

Question 1
General questions about myself and explained the role
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 5 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Helsinki, Finlandia Meridional) in Sep 2020
Interview
I got first contacted by talent aquisition, then did an interview with an engineer in the team, after which I did a programming homework task. After that I was interviewed by the team manager and the lead developer in the team. Then I was interviewed with a principal developer, after which I still got to see the product the team was working on with the lead developer and a game designer. Finally we agreed about the contract details with talent aquisition, after which I had maybe 3 days time to make a decision.
One part where things could have gone better in my opinion was the contract negotiation, where I was negotiating with the talent aquisition person who didn't seem so familiar with common practices in Finnish companies (I think they were working from Denmark). For example I asked for a possibility to have additional holidays for the first year, which is a fairly common practice in Finnish companies to give, but this seemed to be a surprise to the talent aquisition person, and they claimed that doing this would be a discriminating thing to do.
