The process was transparent. The recruiting team was responsive and made the process feel efficient overall. Throughout the interview process, my recruiting team kept me well-informed so that I could adequately prepare for each round of interviews and put my best foot forward.

Interview
I applied through a friend who works at Unity,
They called me back about 3 weeks later.
The overall process was 6-7 interviews, two technical and four personal.
First interview - A phone call with HR.
Second Interview - A short Zoom meeting with the direct manager.
Third Interview - A case study at the office with the direct manager.
Fourth Interview/Test - A home assignment to test your analytical skills.
Fifth Interview - Presentation of your work to three employees.
Sixth Interview - A personal at the office meeting with the head of the department.
Seventh Interview - HR interview.
It took around a month and a half, maybe two months overall (pretty quick regarding the number of interviews)
