There is an assignment which will be about cloud architecture and you just need to answer it to the best of your knowledge. It's a design question.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Jan 2019
Interview
They found me on LinkedIn and contacted me. Took time to explain the role and the company, very attentive and helpful during the process. After a phone interview they gave me a standard technical test which took a bit more than a day to complete, so it was hard to find time for it.

Question 1
They gave me a technical test to do. It was pretty simple test but took a long time (more than a day).
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unity in Jan 2021
Interview
Applied through an internal employee referral and was contacted by recruiting the next day. Recruiter was super friendly and easy to talk to, gave me background on the role and the company before moving me to the next round with the hiring manager.
After the hiring manager session I was given a hybrid skills test/interview with peers in the role I was applying for, and finally interviewed with a senior leader working along side this role. The skills test was difficult, the interviews were all very friendly and conversational.
Everyone I met with was whip smart and "all in" on the mission.
It was clear that Unity was hiring a bunch of folks quickly, and that led to a bit of churn with what roles were available at what locations. My recruiter kept me up to date with all the twists and turns and made sure I felt as comfortable as possible in the process.

Questions were mostly geared around my experience, and how I'd approached certain problems in the past.
