I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Londres, Inglaterra) in Dec 2020
Interview
The process was clear and thorough, I was given clear instructions on the interview process throughout.
The interviewers were honest, gave good feedback, insight on the role and culture at the organisation.

I applied online. I interviewed at Unity in Jan 2019
Interview
Initial test assessment
And phone screens with engineer
The team varies on language, I was asked to use JS and C++. 2 technical 2 behavior. Question is not hard but didn’t get the offer. I though I did good but it is competitive and luck. 1000 application to 1 intern in one team so it is hard to choose who will get the role.

I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Unity in Jan 2021
Interview
I didn't move past the recruiter phone screen, but her complete lack of interest (and her later saying herself that there were candidates at the end of their processes) signaled that they had already had someone in mind for the role.
She was oblivious to where I was located, which felt discourteous as I took a late-night interview to accommodate her schedule. The interview was not much of a two-way conversation; I felt like she rattled off generic questions without listening to my answer or trying to build off of it.
Maybe they just needed to meet some sort of recruitment quota, but the experience felt like a waste of my time and left a bad taste in my mouth about the org.
