I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Unity in Jul 2021
Interview
The first interview was done by phone with hr to test your English skills, then they give homework exercises in unity to find and fix either bugs or other things that are wrong with the unfinished game they sent you. The last step was with the team lead and is part soft skill part technical interview. After that, I needed to find a professor and a peer to recommend me, and then they invited me to work.

"Have you ever given fierce feedback to someone?",
"Have you ever needed to change someone's mind and how did you do it with examples" - some soft skill questions i remember

Interview
I was headhunted at the perfect time, as I was just leaving my current company. The interview process was long (a few stages) but this suited me as I was in no major rush to get straight back to work. Interviews were generally casual and friendly; focused on meeting members of the team globally, having them explain elements of the role, the company and taking the time to answer many questions I had. The process didn't seem particularly hard but I am a fan of the company and the sectors they operate in, so perhaps that's why it seemed fairly easy. Overall, it was a very positive interview process and a pleasure to meet everyone, who was so welcoming, along the way. I'm also grateful that the salary I'd discussed from day one in the process is the salary that was offered.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Montreal, QC) in Aug 2021
Interview
behavioral interview + 4 tech interviews + one take-home assignment. Quite dense to be honest, but you will be fine if you really did your work seriously in your last job
