Question 1
How would you rate yourself in your understanding of Unity and it's suite of products?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
The entire interview process was very smooth. The hiring recruiter was extremely responsive in making sure that I knew exactly where in the process the entire time. I had my first call with the recruiter and then a 30m with the hiring manager. Afterwards, I had a series of 5 interviews that ranged from some people on the team all the way to the VP of the org. Everyone during my interview and hiring process has been nothing but sweet and friendly to me.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (San Francisco, CA) in Aug 2021
Interview
I applied on the Unity website, the recruiter got back to me super quickly, then I had a zoom call with the hiring manager. After that I had a final round of zoom calls with the 3 members of the team and then right after that I was asked to submit my references. After that was checked, I was extended an offer!
The recruitment process as well as the recruitment team is amazing at Unity Technologies! I was excited to work for them right from that first call. My recruiter Christina Borders not only did an amazing job at explaining the role and the benefits but also was very diligent in following up with me. I also loved how before every screening/interview call there was always a prep call and how after I was done with my interview there was always feedback. I always knew where I stood and that itself was a huge burden lifted off me. The interviews themselves felt more like a conversation and it felt like they actually wanted to get know me as a person. Overall I had a fantastic time during the recruitment process and that makes me super excited to start working for the company!
