I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2021
Interview
I spoke with 5 people at 4 different meetings. 1st stage was a call with the recruiter, 2nd stage was with the hiring manager and a 3rd-panel interview with Head of Sales, Business Development and Solution Architect. All calls were great, clearly people with a passion for work and gaming. You felt welcome and the atmosphere was quite relaxed. The recruitment process could be streamlined and I waited for final feedback for almost 1 month. I was pretty sure that they will not come back. No offer as they looking for someone with very long sales cycle experience.

Question 1
Tell me about your sales experience?
Tell me your favourite game(s)?
How do you want to work with the pre-sales, technical team?
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 7 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Toronto, ON) in Oct 2021
Interview
Seven week process, six 30 minute interviews, two hour writing and proofreading test given to me in a horribly formatted Google doc, ignored me for two weeks then told me there were spelling mistakes.
I applied online. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Unity
Interview
For me, the formal part of the process consisted of 5 interviews and a 2-hour skills assessment.
For the interviews: (1) screener with recruiter (2) screener with Hiring Manager (3) culture fit \ behavioural with a pair of employees in the same role (4) culture fit \ behavioural with a pair of developers I'd be working with (5) experience deep dive with 2 managers
Skills assessment was a 30 minute timed short answer session and a 90 minute timed assessment of writing skills across 3 scenarios (rewrite this passage, etc)
For me, from the start of the process to accepting the offer was about 8 weeks, which is pretty lengthy. I appreciate that Unity (both parties, in fact) want to make sure there's a really strong fit. So, I wouldn't change the number of interviews (those were spaced pretty close together). But from the final interview until hearing if I'd get an offer was pretty lengthy, and therefore stressful. Overall, though, the application\interview process was good with a LOT of transparency from the HR contact.
