Unity interview questions

Got contacted by company recruiter. We had a 30 minutes chat around experience and how this could connect to the role. I think chat went well and he talked about moving to round 2 with hiring manager and we arranged a time that could work for both EST and pacific time. At the end, recruiter did not reach out, after following up via email about the status of my process still did not get a response. I was just waiting for closure or a quick note or something, but again another company with recruiters that just want to hit a quota/numbers. Maybe I had a bad apple experience, but this can tell something about the company culture.
