Interview
Great process all throughout. Recruiter was great, moved quickly to a chat with the hiring manager, which then moved quickly to some video conferences with teammates and stakeholders and then an on-site interview. Everyone was pleasant. After the on-site it took about 3 weeks to get notice I was not selected. I did end up sending a tickler email about two weeks in and got a response that same day letting me know they were still doing on-sites and would finalize the decision that next week. I got the call as promised that next week. Only critique is that feedback from the recruiter were platitudes (it was so competitive, so many applicants) and nothing actionable or insightful to take onboard. However, they absolutely did not ghost me, closed the loop with a phone call and not a canned rejection email, and offered some kind parting words, so yes, it rates as a positive experience for me.

Straightforward interview with recruiter and more detailed interview with hiring manager regarding day to day tasks and knowledge of the industry. It did take a few weeks to have an interview scheduled with the hiring manager

Interview
My interview process was quite seemless, I met with my recruiter, hiring manager, then each team member I'll be working with. The final interview was a presentation to my hiring manager. What I appreciated most about my interview process for my non-tech PM role was that the interview questions were very thoughtful and were meant to fully understand my skills, experiences, and alignment to the company's values. None of the questions were meant to trip me up. My technical assessment was a presentation and the prompt truly allowed me to demonstrate my skills and thought process. The prompt was a lot clearer than what I had previously seen from other companies.
