4 Phases:
- Recruiter discussion and screening to get to know me and set mutual expectations
- Manager discussion further getting to know me and understanding the role, the company and the vision, determining mutual fit.
- Technical interview: Take home, moderately challenging, very relevant and appropriate and very interesting and honestly quite fun!
- Final round of multiple interviews to meet the team: Discussion, getting to know the team and role further, more technical questions to understand knowledge and background.
SUMMARY: Honestly, this interview process was a great experience from start to finish. I can tell by the energy and time invested that Unity cares greatly about the individuals it recruits and looks for fits in terms of personality, interests, curiosity, match to the company values, as well as technical expertise. I met lots of very interesting people during the process (that I'm eager to meet in person!), learned a great deal, and feel better than ever about the decision to move forward with a career in this organization.
