Unity Account Executive interview questions

Found the role through the website after keeping an eye out for Unity jobs. The recruitment team interviewed me via Zoom initially, followed by another Zoom interview with the roles line manager, and finally an assessment style day (meeting several of the senior sales team, running through CV and doing some role plays). All in all an excellent and thorough process. The team responded very quickly to all communication, and clearly had my best interests at heart. The focus on truly getting to know you as a candidate (and ensuring culture fit) gave me the confidence that this is truly the place I want to be. Sophie & Nik - thank you!

Process started with the recruiter Sophie reaching out, she was great! I then had three Zoom interviews with sales executives, and I came onsite to meet with the VP as well as one of the Head of Sales, my soon to be manager again. The whole process went smoothly and Sophie was very helpful and accommodating throughout. I had a total of 6 interview sessions overall and very happy that I accepted the offer!
