To the point and very clear. Can you pick up atleast 70lbs? What type of work have you done in the past? When would you be able to start? How many hours would you want to work? Do you have any questions for me? Have you ever worked in the airline industry? What made you apply? Do you prefer mornings or evenings?

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Unifi in May 2017
Interview
Interviewng process was really simple and convenient. They had an app that only had 8 questions to answer. It wasn't a real-time face-to-face interview but it was a pre-record then submit. On top of all of this, you get unlimited tries to the questions.
I applied online. I interviewed at Unifi (Chattanooga, TN) in May 2017
Interview
Interview was very informal but laid back. I was interviewed by one of the managers and ramp agent supervisors. Another guy was also being interviewed along with me. Manager talked about the company and its benefits. Supervisor talked about the job and its duties. Asked each of us few questions and told us about the opening schedules that they had.
