Unifi interview questions

I was hired at a job through for RDU. I was completely overdressed and not aware I wasn't getting hired for Delta although they had Delta blasted all over the flyer. Interview process was extremely easy, I believe they were so desperate that they hired just about everyone that came through the door.

Interview was three of the standard HR questions that start with "describe a time...". They made no attempt to get to know you as an individual. I had plenty of experience doing that very job, but was not hired due to what I suspect is another case of age discrimination. The airline industry is famous for not hiring anyone over 40 and they get away with it all the time.
