I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Under Armour (Baltimore, MD) in Jun 2012
Interview
Pretty straight forward - know your UA history and be ready to explain how you will make an impact. Expect to be interviewed multiple times by different Directors and VP's over many months and trips to Baltimore. Several interviews were cancelled and one was a no-show/reschedule even though I was flown in for the day for a one-hour interview. I was flown back in for the one-hour interview a couple weeks later..........

Interview
Phone interview. Basic questions. I expected more thorough questions. It should have asked more specific job questions. One phone call and then nothing more afterwards. That is all the feedback I have.
Great - not too many questions, more of a conversation. Several rounds of interviews before offer was made. Not challenging on negative aspects, rather underlining positive aspects of resume. Afterwards offer came in as expected.

Interview
Pleasant people, from HR to staff. Everyone was professional and well prepared. It does seem to be growing so quickly as a company that the growth is outpacing their ability to stay focused and stay staffed. It appears to be an environment for those who thrive in change and chaos, which naturally led the impression that the employees are a bit of a mixed bag as to whether or not they are happy there.
