Interview
Interview was very easy, even considering that I was still a teenager at the time and didn't have much to speak on as far as relevant experience. I think they were very understanding to this, seeing as it is an entry level job, and are mostly looking for respectful, kind employees rather than someone with a solid resume.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
