I applied in-person. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at Ulta Beauty
Interview
It was one group interview for a new store opening. About 6 other people there. Asked only about three questions and went down the line. The interview wasn't help on location, but another store about an hour away which was really annoying.
You're asked about your previous work experience and if you have any transferrable skills to contribute to the workplace. Personality alignment and foreign languages were mentioned as well. They asked me about scheduling preferences and gave me a date for training.
A couple of technical and behavioral questions, overall a smooth process. Share you experiance in sales and passion for helping others in the beauty world. good luckgood luckgood luckgood luckgood luckgood luck
Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
