It took me a few months to actually gain an interview. You have to be incredibly persistent and it helps when you know someone already working for the store. The interview process was simple. I was interviewed by an assistant manager and then again by another manager.

Straight-forward. One in person one on one interview with a manager. Short process and the manager was friendly. This was during the seasonal hiring time so I started working ASAP.
Scenario-based and behavioral questions. Many in relation to customers and management. I was asked a little bit about the public-facing descriptions in my resume; it was nothing too difficult. I felt confident that I got the job by the end.
