I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Redlands, CA) in Oct 2015
Interview
There were about 39 people being interviewed, the HR lady said the week before there were 106. Expect to spend about 4 hours, that is how long we were there for. You fill out more paperwork, go over your application to make sure it is correct or if you need to change anything. They also go over the qualifications of the position and your driving record. They are pretty strict about that. Two people had to leave because something did not apply to them for the driving record, even though they had a valid drivers license. After that you look at a video while HR calls you back and does a small interview and look at your past jobs. Then you go back to your seat and wait to be called by the Post Office managers.
