Nice and smooth. Friendly management and started a normal conversation then went into a interview process. I didn't feel like I was in a interview. Only negative thing is didn't tell you whether you were hired or not on the spot.

What follow after the last number of the patter 5,10,15,?
Q: What was one thing that they asked you? They asked me to identify last names of family relation such as, If Mr. Jonson and Mrs Jonson live in 1243 West Alameda Street, and the address on the letter reads, 1234 West Alameda Street, will you struggle for the right location to deliver the letter?

Interview
Quick and precise, very good.Upon the first meeting , the HR people will discussed the details of the submitted application online and will check and correct errors if needed. Then management will discussed what is expected of the job and will discouraged people to quit if they think they cant handle it , yet encourage applicants that there is future in there if they think they can do the job. I love how they do the process.
