The interview process was pretty easy honestly being there was not really an interview. My resumé was checked as well as my background and I was hired for the position and two others.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Have you ever worked for usps?
Do you have any family members who work for usps?
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Fort Myers, FL) in Nov 2017
Interview
Straight forward. They wanted to know if you could work the hours sonall interview questions were based on that and they showed you the environment that you will be working in to see if you could do both.
I applied in-person. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Oklahoma City, OK) in Aug 2017
Interview
Lengthy, with tests and multiple interviews. It took about 7 weeks to go from submitting an application to day 1 of work. If you aren't financially prepared to wait, the first paycheck could be received months after it's needed.

Question 1
Most of the interview process was my hiring manager impressing upon me the difficulty and the high turnover, presumably to measure my perseverance. The other questions were about what I anticipated the job to be like, and how I heard about the position.
