I had to take a test. There was no formal interview process due to current CoVId Standard Operating Procedures. Background check took three months with another three months until I was officially hired and working

Postal exam for PSE Clerk Position . Mostly being able to quickly compare and recall addresses.

Lengthy.
First, you will apply. Then two months later, you might get a call for a phone interview. If that goes well, you will be asked to schedule your PS473 Exam - DO NOT buy any test prep materials, the test is not difficult. If you get a passing grade on that, you will get an in-person interview to go over your resume. This is just filler while they run a background check. Then, three months after you initial application, you will be expected to get a drug test, fingerprint card, and start training within the next 24 hours. Congratulations!

I see that you've worked for the Postal Service before. What was your operation?
Took the usual test and from there the process took two months or so to come on board. Sort of in the dark and waiting to see where things go from here
