Background check and 5 minute questions very easy but save yourself unless you’re ready to work 12 hour days 6 even 7 days a week. Room to grow but will take a lot of time even years to grow in the company

No interview, they are constantly needing new people and getting them in the door asap because of the long training process before you can start work. They are friend and respectful and try to be as accommodating as possible which is hard in this industry
