Interview
Took about 2 weeks to get an interview and I'm now in the process of doing a background check and a drug test. It was a lengthy interview session, started from 8am and ended (for me) around 12pm. When they said it may take 4-8hrs to be completed, they weren't joking. First they spend about 2hours going over the duties of the position, what is expected, you get the chance to correct your online app and then sign them. It was about 16 of us and they call you 2 by 2 in another room for the official interview which lasted about another half hour. After you sit with the interviewer you sit with a supervisor to convince her why they should hire you.

Interview
You have to follow a bunch of steps like faxing a form, urine test, computer exam, background check, fingerprint card. The actual interview was like a cattle call, very quick and basic questions like why do you want the job, nothing hard. They seem to want to hire as many ppl as possible because like 80% quit or get fired on the job.

Question 1
nothing other than keeping track of all the steps you have to complete to progress to hiring. I think those steps are meant to measure your ability to follow directions and not question authority. Also the computer exam facility was extremely hard to find. Probably to measure your tenacity!

Interview
After applying and taking test (which I scored an 85 on), I received an email like a month later to interview. It was a group interview then post masters came and did individual interviews. You were told if you would be recommended or not there on the spot. I was! The next day I went and did fingerprinting and paperwork. Also they send an email for you to complete background check and drug testing.
