no formal in person interview. Once application was complete they send you a few tasks to be done by a certain time,once that is done they schedule orientation. You have to pass a federal background check,and must have a drivers license.

They bring you in under the assumption you will work a lot of hours, but actually, it may be a day a week! Management is horrible and very unprofessional they want you to be available on call for 6 days a week but only put you on the schedule one day.

All applicants in one room, each applicant will be called one by one to a desk to answer questions. You are in close proximity to hear others. Once the applicants' questions are answered they move on to the paperwork phase.
