Interview
It's a cattle call but pretty easy and the questions they ask you relate to the job description. For example, you will be asked to carry a heavy bag of mail up some stairs as well as if you are willing to work weekends, overtime, and odd hours. You are asked if you are responsible and can commit to working one year. After the interview you will have to take a drug test and complete some other online tests as well as go to a testing site to take an hour long memorization test. This test is easy but requires that you have a decent ability to memorize a range of address on a chart and then have that chart taken away from you. This is similar to what you will have to do on the job but it's a pretty useless way to judge if you're fit for the job and also fouls up and convolutes the hiring process which takes an average of three months, even as they are in dire need of fresh blood.

Interview
It started with a 10 minute wait inside the post office, and then being brought back to the processing area, where a group discussion about the position and requirements was done. While it was initially a group interview that discussed details of position, it was followed by an individual interview that concentrated more on individual accomplishments and goals for working at this position.
