The interview was quick and easy. The interviewers wanted to know if you were physically and mentally capable of handling the job duties more than anything. Your previous employment history doesn’t matter. It was also overwhelming due to mass hiring.

Had to apply on USPS Careers and fill out a questionnaire about experience and work conditions you would adhere to. Interview selection is based on your score of the test you take following your application. Interview is pretty relaxed at most offices. They want to hear about your customer service background, ability to multitask, be safety conscious and adhere to managements requests.
