Group interview in a large conference room with the interviewer providing an overall description of what USPS has to offer. Stating the hours, days and closures while providing the proper process employees must follow to find out if the post office operations are normal or closed for the day due to the weather. The interview was mainly an overview of the postal service operations.

Interview was around 7am, they open the door around that same time, you make a line and you go to an auditorium where you review all your paperwork that you had submitted before. Then, you have a group interview

Interview
Group interview of at least 100 people. HR reviewed our paperwork and Post master interviewed us. We were either recommended for the job or not. Whole process took about 5 1/2 hours. I was asked about 5-6 easy questions and was recommended. She said that I should hear back within a week.
