I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Alexandria, LA)
Interview
Normal questions regarding things like, "can you carry (insert weight amount)?" and, "If we were to ask your previous employer how often you were at work, what would they say?" Other questions and details were provided, such as there is one training per month, and depending on the time, you may or may not receive an offer before it.
Interviewer was nice and the entire process before training was good. They don't inform you about the shadow day and heat, etc. No air conditioning in LLVs. Asked about what I drove. They like it if you have a right-side drive vehicle or an easy way to reach out the right window and deliver mail. Personal vehicle can and will get torn up/scratched.

Question 1
Can you carry (insert weight)? With or without help?
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Saint Petersburg, FL) in Jul 2019
Interview
I applied on USPS website, got invited to interview, and it was a very easy interview, I wouldn't even call it an interview. It's basically informing you about the job, and offering you tips on being a successful CCA. This was much more of an orientation.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Our CCA's have been averaging 57 hours a week, are you ok with that?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service in Apr 2019
Interview
Testing, Background check, Drug test, Paperwork, then one on one interview, waiting for a response, another background check. This was a long process which made it seem worthwhile.
