Interview
I showed up and stood on a line outside with about 60 people. We were told to go inside and we were given a number based on the number we were in line. We sat down and listened to people talk for a solid 3 hours about the job requirements (I was with people who were applying for all different positions so a majority of the information wasn't meant for me) and other information. Then they set up different stations of people interviewing (they did tell us in the beginning it's a whole day affair) and I was called up by my original number to interview. The woman was really nice, she looked over my application, asked a couple of really easy questions and told me to have a good day. It was the easiest interview of my life.

Interview
It starts much like a group interview. As a group, you are presented with information regarding the job and what’s expected of you as an employee. Then you are handed a copy of application and a packet for your background. Included in the packet is a sheet of typical interview questions which the interview will use as a basis. Once finished filling out the packet, you are called in for the first part of the interview process. It’s just to confirm packet information, accuracy, and brief questions about your work history and availability. The second part is the traditional interview questions. Once finished with both, you can leave. Since the process is done with so many people, it can take several hours to complete
