I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service in Oct 2020
Interview
Due to Covid, there was essentially no interview process. I applied for the position, was quickly invited to take an assessment and was contacted to complete a background check and fingerprinting at one of their facilities. This all occured within 2-3 weeks at the beginning of November. Then, did not hear anything until yesterday (Feb. 1) which they notified me about an orientation to attend. Overall the process had me questioning if this was the right organization for me. I was really never updated throughout the process, and at times was very frustrated that there is not really a way to locate contact information for anyone. Eventually I found myself driving to various local Post Offices attempting to find someone who could lead me in the right direction.

Interview
You are invited to interview after passing your postal exam. The process was seemingly easy, it just took time to actually get a call for the interview. I waited for almost a month before my passing score allowed for an invite to interview.

Interview was a phone call only. This was non career position. Basically told me the job was available if I was interested. I had looked online for other reviews so I had questions about the job that I needed clarified.
