Average. They asked the right questions for the job. The interview process was average that they asked me about hours, inclement weather, travel, time off. Be honest but also be reasonable. Understand what you’re capable of and what you’re not willing to put up with
The interview process is not traditional. You meet with a bunch of other people and watch video's and take a driving course. If you pass the driving course you are hired for the job. If you fail... You have to repeat the course again and re- apply

The interview was 45 years ago,they asked me if I could serve the public and walk 10 miles a day. I started as a walk out Carrier. I lasted 37 years and 3 months.

Simple questions and alot of paperwork took 4 hours. 2 weeks later they will send you goto get a drug test. Then that takes another weeks or less. After that orientation for 2 to 5 days depends on the position you applied for.
