They really just go based off your scores on the test. Theyll hire anybody with a high score. They act really nice on interview days and become gruesome once you are hired

Interview
The interview is all online, extremely easy and quick. Select from multiple choice and you are then offered a job with forms to fill out and fingerprinting. Then you are called and bring 2 forms of Identification with you
Easy. Just pass the assessment then you have the job. Sometimes it may be a slow hiring process but long as you can pass a background check, you’re fine. Good luck
