I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Donnellson, IA) in May 2015
Interview
The interviews was easy and laid back. I was asked about my work history and qualifications as well as my interest in the job. I applied for the job online in April and took my exam (which I drove an hour away for) 2 weeks later. After that I received an email a week later to take a drug test. Three days later I received an email for an interview which I scheduled for the following week. The interviews was not stressful, simple and easy to answer questions. I was offered the job in the interview, and then received an email 3 days later to extend a conditional offer pending my background check. I am still waiting to hear back after accepting that offer.
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
