Easy and straight forward. Be yourself and you shouldn't have any issues. I started asking them real questions that they couldn't even answer. Be you. They ask if your sure you want the position. Tell you to come back for 1 week orientation

If you have a brain, you’re hired. If you don’t, you’re still hired but also a supervisor. Not very gratifying but honestly most of the work is pretty easy. I got hired during COVID so the process was take as many people as we could. I’m not sure how it is now
