It’s a long process but over all it’s not too bad. They send you for a written test, hands on test , drug test and back ground check. Then you get the interview

way too long from time you apply to time you are in orientation. 3 months to apply, three months screening, three months more of trying to find those who are still available for work. very unprofessional. place is run by idiots who think they are all that. truth is they're dumber than a box of rocks.
