I applied online. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Oak Harbor, WA)
Interview
Express your willingness to work hard, long hours. You should be willing to drive your own vehicle to deliver mail, right hand drive preferred. Know the streets in your town, know the codes mail carriers use (ANK = attempted not known, NSN = no such number, etc.). You should be flexible on the number of hours and days they ask you to work.

Question 1
If I call you at 7:00 A.M. on your day off and need you to work, what will you say?
No interview. Received an email with a job offer and orientation was scheduled a few weeks later. Called the postmaster on the job listing to get more information in between the offer and orientation.

Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
