I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at US Postal Service
Interview
As soon as I walked in she shook my hand and smiled at me. Then she took me back into their (very) small processing room to show me where the position she was hiring for would be working when sorting mail for the route. Then we sat down and she told me all of the requirements of the job (lifting 70lbs, memorizing routes) and talked about the new health insurance program for RCAs. Then she asked me if I still wanted to be interviewed. I told her yes. Then we had more of a quick Q&A session rather than an interview. Super easy.

Interview questions [1]
Question 1
No questions were asked as there was not an interview process.
Not really an interview. If you pass the background check you have the job. The United States Postal Service does not require a traditional interview. Very easy. I love it here.
I applied online. I interviewed at US Postal Service (Spokane, WA)
Interview
There was no interview. I pretty much just took a test and they sent me back a conditional offer. When I got to my orientation with 3 other people they all had the same experience.
