US Postal Service Assistant Rural Carrier ARC interview questions

The first interview I went on was with a very nice and accommodating woman Who explain the job to me in great detail and didn’t sugarcoat anything but she was also very easy to talk to, that was the first and last nice person that I met while interviewing. I didn’t hear anything for about two weeks until I got an email correspondence from HR and it asked me to schedule my drug test. I went to the drug test a few days later and got an email saying that I was scheduled for training, so obviously I assumed that I passed. Pretty straightforward interviews, she asked me about my previous experience and how I handle customers, especially mad customers.

A group of about 50 candidates were grouped together for a presentation and video. Most of the other people were there for Associate Rural Carrier and Associate City Carrier. A lot of time was spent on very simple forms that needed to be filled out. Your online application was printed out and given to you. Afterwards each was called individually for a one on one interview in the order of your arrival through the entrance.
