Took about a month or 2 after I applied to get a call for an interview. The interview was just the postmaster explaining what I would be doing & telling me some of the cons. Basically knew I had the job. Didn't start till about 5 or 6 weeks later.

one on one interview, ask some very simple questions, basically almost everyone would pass, just keep say yes!
As CCA, you might work 7 days a week, you might become regular city letter carrier after 12 month-24 month, it's base on you work location, if it's busy station like Seattle Annex, most likely 12 month, they really need people there. CCA is a very tough job, not everyone will like it

No interview, really, to speak of - If you have passed the pre-employment screenings, and have a heart beat, you are hired. After an HR rep speaking to a larger group, we were taken individually to speak with one of the postmasters. We then carried a full mailbag, Super easy.
