Sit in a large group of applicants and listen to description of job duties and requirements. Afterward each applicant is interviewed individually. The interview itself takes. I more than a few minutes but you must allow a few hours for the entire process.

The process was long, took a couple of months to finish. I was a rehire, so I was ahead of the game, but the process was still long for backgrounds and local interviews.
