They asked how my scheduled looked to work and if I could handle the fast pace environment. Also if I would be available if called out during the day. Also if I had a means of transportation to get to work.
I applied online. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at UPS (Evansville, IN) in Dec 2016
Interview
Super easy, just show up and listen to description of the job and safety measures. Answer a few questions and then you're done. Unless you volunteer to go first for the question part then you'll have to sit around and wait until it's your turn, can take about 5 minutes per person.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Buford, GA) in Nov 2016
Interview
The process was super easy. I walked in on a Tuesday. Walked into a room with a group of people. The speaker takes about the requirements and tasks. Asked us if we were interested, if not, you were able to leave whenever you wanted. I was called first. "Interviewer asked me for my social security. After that she told me to go on a computer to finish documents, then come to her after I was done, and I went home. I got a call the next day to set up an appointment for an orientation. Which is your training. You're hired. Super easy.
