I applied online. The process took 6 days. I interviewed at UPS
Interview
I applied through a website and scheduled an interview. It was a group interview at the Longwood UPS facility. Be early! Dress professionally, but comfortably. I wouldn't advise heels. They ask your availability, have you fill out forms, you go through a training course, then get called back for a one-on-one interview to hand in your resume. They take you through the facility to the offices that cover your area. They'll get your info, then you can be called by a driver as soon as you leave (according to the availability you gave them). They give you plenty of contact info, too. ;)

Question 1
What's your prior job experience?
What do you do if you're approached by a dog (training course question)?
I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Commerce City, CO) in Oct 2015
Interview
It was a group interview where they bring a large group of people into HR and have everyone fill out paperwork. Around the holiday season they have a huge swell of packages being processed and delivered, so it seemed pretty unlikely that I would have been denied work.
