Then your allowed to leave for about two hours while they get a background check on you then if your clear you have the position.

Question 1
Are you available to be on call 5 days a week for this job?
I applied in-person. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Las Vegas, NV) in Nov 2017
Interview
My appointment time was 11:00am. I expected a group but not a large group. They were interviewing one at a time and completely out of order. I was never seen due to personal time constraints but I was there waiting for 2 hours. Many other applicants never even filled out a job application before hand nor did they have an appointment but were seen before me. Never been a part of a group interview, but that was extremely disorganized and understaffed for how many people showed up. But they got what they needed driver helpers. I’ll keep looking for work.
