I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at UPS (Maspeth, NY) in Dec 2017
Interview
You apply online. They call you in to their office in the morning around 630. There are around 15 others there waiting with you. You wait for a good 70 minutes doing nothing and for no reason. It is NOT first come first serve. People who have got there last can get an interview first. First they debrief you on certain things you need to know like the pay, schedule, job description, etc. Then they ask who wants to go in first.
One important thing to note is they ask you if you can work Mon-Fri. They made me work Mon-Sat after they hired me.
I applied online. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at UPS (Earth City, MO) in Nov 2017
Interview
You apply online and whether or not your chosen for the position they will email you an interview date and time. You go to Earth City for a group interview and the supervisor explains the duties of the job you have applied for, goes over the safety precautions and then your number is taken down and you leave. They call or email you a day and time to set up your individual interview. The individual interview was just a meeting with a supervisor and your going through a background check and once your done with that you're hired and then you go into a room where your clothing sizes are taken and you pick your start date. You also go over the safety precautions again and then you're let go until our first day.
