I applied online. I interviewed at UPS (Cleveland, OH) in Aug 2020
Interview
I applied online, it prompted me to schedule an interview date for that friday. The interview gathered all the applicants in a room, gave a brief tour of the facility, explained in very plain language what would be expected and asked all those who were still interested to stick around for their actual interview. I talked with the HR representative for a total of 3 minutes, he asked me what shift I would be interested in and if I would be able to reliably get there on time. I accepted and was set up for training the following week.
Interview questions [2]
Question 1
Which shift would you be interested in? It is very difficult to change shifts after you pick so choose wisely.
The interview was a lot of very basic interview questions asking about where I’m from, employment history, have you held a manufacturing/package handling job before. There were no really difficult questions.

Question 1
The job is in a warehouse setting with no heat or air conditioning, will this be a problem for you?

Interview
The interview process is more of a formality. It’s easy to get hired here because they basically take all the people they can get, especially college students. I dressed up only to be in a waiting room full of people wearing graphic tees and jeans.
