In person interview with a Supervisor. Asked about availability and flexibility with shifts. Also made me aware of some of the policy items and rules pertaining to dress code to make sure there wouldn’t be any issues.

Interview
Very long, first I had a interview over the phone, they told me during that time when I was expected for my following interview. Then I had to attend 2 different interviews at different facilities. Above that, the hiring manger never informed me that I’d be receiving my hire call from an unknown number which added about an extra 3 weeks before getting hired. If you miss the call or just don’t answer it because it says UNKNOWN... you can’t even give them a call back. Every number they called me from was followed with a voicemail letting me know I was chosen to be hired but had to confirm I wanted the position still... BUT when I called back I was informed that the number(s) didn’t receive incoming calls. I basically played back and forth with them for at least 3 weeks straight. When I brought this up during my hire date, I was told that I was supposed to be told BY THE HIRING MANAGER that my hire call would be from a unknown number... FRUSTRATING! Anyways I interviewed 09/18 and
my hire date was 11/20.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at UPS (Tempe, AZ)
Interview
Toured a facility where I would not be working (with a large group). The actual facility was very different, but not bad. Had a short one-on-one conversation with a person that worked at the first facility and was hired immediately.
